Restrictions on use – Intellectual Property

The whole website, as well as texts and illustrations that make it up, including graphic and photographic elements, are property of Campus Condorcet or are used, by Campus Condorcet, with permission of holders of copyright or trademark rights.

You have neither the right nor the licence to use aforementioned content, in any manner whatsoever, without express, previous, written consent of Campus Condorcet or of the natural or legal persons, holders of copyright or trademark rights.

The French code of intellectual property only permits, according to article L 122-5, "copies or reproductions reserved strictly for the private use of the copier and not intended for collective use” and analysis and short quotes with intention to give examples or illustrations, " any representation or reproduction, in whole or in part, without the express consent of the author or successors or assigns, is unlawful” (art L 122-4).
