Two student residences are available at the Aubervilliers site.
The Condorcet Alpha and Condorcet Omega residences offer 451 reasonably-priced student apartments (18 - 28 m2), right in the heart of the Campus, just a short walk from public transport (metro line 12, RER B, bus lines 139, 239, 302, 512, 205). Residents enjoy access to a range of services and facilities that meet their needs: shared internet connection, bike shelter, launderette, study room.
At these residences, priority is given to students at Campus Condorcet’s member institutions, and to graduate, post-graduate and international students.
Condorcet Alpha residence

Situated to the north of the Campus, the Condorcet Alpha residence enjoys easy access to the Cultural and Associative centre, the Crous restaurants and cafeteria, and a sport field. It comprises 205 fully-equipped 18 - 28 m2 apartments; all-inclusive prices start at €394/month.
The Condorcet Omega residence is just down the road from the Front Populaire metro station (line 12), to the south-east of the Campus. Surrounded by a garden with a sport field, and less than 10 minutes walking distance from all the Campus facilities, the residence offers 246 fully-equipped 18 - 28 m2 apartments; all-inclusive prices start at €387/month.
