NQT

Since its launch in 2006, NQT has worked to provide graduates under the age of 30 from underprivileged areas or deprived backgrounds with professional sponsors from the business world.

Professional sponsorship involves a professional voluntarily sharing their experience and network with a recent graduate to help them in their job search. The association offers practical ways to facilitate the integration of these worthy, ambitious jobseekers into the world of work, and is committed to provide equal access to stable, well-paid positions for all.

Our goal is to create pathways and connections between the world of work and the graduates who are furthest from accessing it.
