The headquarters of L'Institut national d'études démographiques (Ined) were designed by Antonini Darmon Architectes.

Instantly recognizable due to its concrete facade, the Ined Headquarters are located at the intersection of rue Fantini Touré and the cours des Humanités. All of Ined’s administrative and support staff, in addition to its nine research teams, its two mixed teams, and its three cross-functional teams are located there. The building also houses a dining area and seminar rooms.

The Architect’s vision

"The Ined project was created as an “autumnal” entity whose retiring design expresses the desire to allow the landscaped gardens and walkways be the beautiful features. [...]. The building’s architectural identity is affirmed by the fact that it lets the landscape around it do the talking."
