The Scientific incubator was designed by the Jean-Baptiste Lacoudre architecture firm. It houses both the headquarters of the Etablissement Public Campus Condorcet (EPCC) and collaborative, time-limited research initiatives.

Equidistant from the northern and southern borders of the Campus, the Scientific incubator and Campus Condorcet Headquarters are located next to the Library "Grand équipement documentaire" (GED) and the Ined Headquarters.

On its upper floors are EPCC offices and the board room, a meeting space for the EPCC administrative council and scientific committee. On the lower three floors are polyvalent spaces and cutting-edge international equipment for the use of the time-limited research initiatives housed here. The ground floor houses the Campus security office.

The Architect's vision

The multifunctional purpose of the structure is expressed in its bevelled form that focuses the eye on the soon-to-be constructed buildings in section 4: the Ined headquarters and the GED.”- Jean-Baptiste Lacoudre
